Stant 27132 Thermostat Gasket for Buick Apollo (1973–1975)
Buick has long been General Motors' comfortable, quietly strong car, the one a family doctor or a small-town banker drove. On the Buick side, the catalogs list the Stant 27132 for 18 models from 1962 to 1987.
This page is for one model only: the Buick Apollo. It isn't a wall of every car ever made, just yours.
Model this gasket fits

Help choosing the right gasket
The 27132 is a Stant Stat Lok thermostat gasket. The catalogs list its hole diameter at 1.88 inches, which is a handy check against the old gasket in your hand. "Stat Lok" means it has an adhesive backing that holds the thermostat centered in its seat while you bolt the housing down, so there's no gasket cement, no thermostat falling out, and less risk of cracking the outlet flange. Stant cut a different gasket for each housing design, and Don stocks several of them, so check which number your car calls for.
Before you order, match three things: your year, your model, and your engine. Catalogs list fitment by vehicle, but some engines had more than one thermostat housing design over the years. If your old gasket is still in hand, compare its shape and bolt holes, or just ask Don and Kathy. They'll help you sort it out.
Real people behind the parts
Don was born in 1936 and grew up on a Saskatchewan farm, four miles from a town of about 150 people. As a young man he drove trucks through deep snow in Canada's Northwest Territories, hauling dynamite to seismic crews. Kathy grew up in South Dakota, blizzards and all. Together they've spent close to three decades helping people keep old cars on the road.
These gaskets come from Don's own shelves, in original Stant packaging.
Price is $9.95 plus shipping.
Don and Kathy offer a fair deal for this. Buying for a club, a shop, or a whole fleet of project cars? Even better.
